Customer Terms & Conditions

Customers agreed to abide to the following terms and conditions upon signing up:

CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. THE VOUCHER PURCHASE

• • Each voucher is priced at RM10.00 and subject to 8% SST (RM0.80). Final checkout price: RM10.80.
• • Upon successful payment, the customer will receive a digital voucher that can be redeemed at participating merchants.

2. MERCHANT REDEMPTION

• • The voucher entitles the holder to the specific reward (e.g., free drink/discount) stated at the time of purchase.
• • Vouchers must be used before the expiry date listed.
• • Redemption is subject to the merchant’s operating hours and availability.

3. LUCKY DRAW ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

• • Every RM10 voucher purchase grants the customer one (1) entry into a specific Lucky Draw pool.
• • Customers may choose which gift pool they wish to participate in at the point of purchase.
• • There is no limit to the number of vouchers a customer can buy to increase their chances of winning.
• • Vouchers entered into a lucky draw remain valid and can still be redeemed at the merchant.

4. THE TRIGGER MECHANISM (THE “GOAL”)

• • The Lucky Draw for a specific gift will only be conducted once the required number of participants for that pool is met.
• • If the target number of participants is not met within the Campaign Period, the Organizer reserves the right to:

• a) Extend the deadline until the target is met
• b) Convert the entry into a different draw pool of equal value.

5. LUCKY DRAW PROCESS AND ANNOUNCEMENT

• • Upon the successful triggering of a Lucky Draw event, a countdown period of not less than twenty-four (24) hours shall commence. Upon the expiry of the countdown period, the Lucky Draw shall be conducted at a fixed time of 20:35 (8:35 PM) on the scheduled draw date.
• • The scheduled draw date and countdown timer will be displayed on the VoucherBless platform for public viewing. The entire process, including the trigger notification, countdown period, draw execution, and final results, will be transparently displayed on the platform.
• • Following the completion of the Lucky Draw, the results may also be published through VoucherBless’s official social media channels and other communication platforms for announcement and promotional purposes.
• • VoucherBless reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or modify the draw date and time due to operational, technical, or unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be communicated through the platform and/or official social media channels.

6. GIFT REDEMPTION

• • Winners must provide valid identification (IC/Passport) to claim their gift.
• • Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• • Winners agree to be featured in promotional photos/videos for marketing purposes.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• • The Organizer is not responsible for the quality of products/services provided by the merchants.
• • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be using fraudulent methods to enter.
