Merchant Partnership Agreement

Upon signing up with VoucherBless platform, the merchant agreed to the following terms and conditions:

MERCHANT PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

BETWEEN:
Affiliate Blessings Malaysia Sdn Bhd / VoucherBless
(“The Organizer”)
AND:
Merchant (“The Partner”)

1. OBJECTIVE

The Partner agrees to honor digital/printed vouchers sold by the Organizer. In exchange, the Organizer will promote the Partner’s business to its customer base and include the Partner as a participating location for voucher redemption.

2. THE OFFER (Voucher Benefit)

The Partner agrees to provide reward to customers presenting a valid voucher via merchant portal:

• • Reward Description: To be set and upload by Partner in merchant portal.
  (e.g., One Free Americano, 20% off total bill, RM10 off with RM30 min. spend)
• • Validity Period: To be set and upload by Partner in merchant portal.
• • Specific Exclusions: To be set and upload by Partner in merchant portal.
  (e.g., Weekdays only, limited to one per customer, excluding public holidays)

The Partner shall at all times abide and follow the terms and conditions that Partner has set.

3. REDEMPTION PROCESS

• • Each voucher is sold to customers at RM10.00, subject to 8% SST (RM0.80). Final customer price: RM10.80.
• • Customers will present a unique Voucher Code/QR Code via the Organizer’s merchant platform.
• • The Partner staff shall verify/scan the code to provide the reward.
• • Vouchers entered into a lucky draw remain valid and must be honoured by the Partner upon presentation.
• • Marketing Exchange: Partner provides the reward for free in exchange for traffic and promotion by the Organizer.
• • Reimbursement: No reimbursement from Organizer as the payment received is for platform fee, cost of gifts and any other costs.

4. ORGANIZER’S OBLIGATIONS

• • The Organizer shall feature the Partner’s logo and location on the sales platform via merchant portal accessible to the Partner.
• • The Organizer shall manage all Lucky Draw campaigns and customer relations.
• • The Organizer has the absolute right to deactivate the Partner’s account in the event Partner has breached the agreement or unfulfilled duty accordingly to the terms and conditions set by Partner.

5. BREACH & TERMINATION

• • This agreement starts on sign up date and remains active until any termination.
• • Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice (WhatsApp/Email).
• • Vouchers already sold prior to termination must be honored by the Partner.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree not to disclose the sales figures, customer data, or specific financial terms of this agreement to third parties.
