Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoucherBless platform ("Platform"), operated by VoucherBless MY ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services Description

VoucherBless is an eVoucher marketplace that connects customers with Malaysian merchants. Customers may purchase digital vouchers and participate in lucky draws. Merchants may list vouchers for sale and redeem them at their premises.

3. User Account Registration

Customers register using a valid Malaysian mobile number verified by SMS OTP. Merchants register using a valid business email and are subject to admin approval before their vouchers go live. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Voucher Purchase and Redemption Terms

• Vouchers are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
• Each voucher has a serial number (format: VCH-XXXXXX) and a validity period set by the merchant.
• Vouchers entered into a lucky draw remain valid and can still be redeemed at the merchant.
• VoucherBless is not liable for a merchant's failure to honour a valid voucher; however, we will investigate reported disputes.
• Vouchers are for personal use and may not be resold.

5. Lucky Draw Rules and Conditions

• Each RM 10 voucher purchase earns one lucky draw entry.
• Lucky draws close automatically when the maximum entry limit is reached.
• Winners are selected randomly and notified by email within 24 hours of draw close.
• Lucky draws have no expiry — they run until the entry limit is hit.
• VoucherBless reserves the right to void entries that appear fraudulent.
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via Xendit. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes. VoucherBless does not store your full card or banking details.

7. Merchant Obligations

• Merchants must provide accurate business and contact information during registration.
• Merchants must honour all valid vouchers sold through the Platform until the voucher expiry date.
• Merchants may not list vouchers for goods or services that are illegal, harmful, or misleading.
• Merchants agree to VoucherBless's commission and settlement schedule as communicated separately.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent purchases or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair lucky draw advantages.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or disrupting the Platform.
• Impersonating another user, merchant, or VoucherBless staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, VoucherBless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Specific Terms
